We are a small charity at the very start of our journey and we ask you to consider returning goods carefully.
We strive to provide excellent quality and outstanding customer service. However, if you are not satisfied with your order or, you require an exchange of size, we are more than happy to action these.
In either case, please send us an email to hello@strongmen.org.uk, outlining the issue and course of action you desire. Returns and exchanges will only be granted on items that have not been used and have been purchased in the last 14 days. We will require the item/s to be returned (along with any original packaging). Upon receipt of the item/s an exchange will be actioned.
Exchanges will be dispatched on an expedited delivery to ensure you receive your gear at the earliest opportunity.
